We’re confident you’ll love your Pure Earth International Pillow Range. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on our Organic Hemp & Buckwheat Husk Pillows. Here’s what you need to know:

• Exclusions: Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to our Organic Hemp & Buckwheat Husk Pillow Range only. Bamboo pillow protectors are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons. However, they are eligible for an exchange if unused.
• Return Conditions: The product must be returned complete with original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will cover the ‘product only’ and will be issued via the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for our entire range of Pure Earth International products. If you wish to exchange a Pure Earth International product, please be aware of the following terms:

• Exchange Conditions: You must return the product with the original packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt. Bamboo pillow protectors are only eligible for exchange if they are unused and unopened.
• Shipping Costs: As with returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchange Processing: Before dispatching new items, any difference in the amount paid will be settled via the original payment method, after deducting the original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Important Note: Please do not ship item(s) to us for exchange without a written exchange agreement from us. Our products are shipped from different locations and must be returned to the correct place before an exchange item can be shipped and you may incur additional shipping costs and delays.
